Casteism and Quota System in India

               We are all Indian. And India is a country where different religion lives. Here all the human beings are treated as a same religion i.e. Indian. No difference is between us. We just feel proud to be an Indian. In our constitution from the beginning some differences were created. I mean to say casteism is there like SC/ST/OBC. I am not against any caste/religion/constitution. This system was created for any/some strong causes. Some people were being insulted and were also being kept in the backward side of our society for their caste. So there came SC/ST/OBC like backward classes. Many people from backward classes are in the front stage with this system. This is a very great achievement of our Government. Many backward class students/people are being well established. I am saying again that I am not against any caste/religion/constitution. But my point is on some corners of the matter.
            
               Some people who have already got the privilege of their quota by 3-4 generation and are well established by job etc. in our society have already crossed the boundary of backward class. I think they should give up their quota and privilege and act like a general caste. The privilege and quota facility should be given to them who are really needy and who are in the backward still now. Some general caste people are in very poor condition than some privileged caste, an some backward class people also have no proper certificate of their caste. Government should look into this. In fact nowadays the people who are getting this facility of quota system mostly they are from that generation who are getting quota privilege from their fore-father's forefather. 

                At last I am still saying that I am not against any caste/religion/constitution/government. But I want to say that many people are still in the backward please take them forward. I wish in next Planning Commission should think about this. Casteism will not be there, privilege should be given economically. My urge is- 'Please give the quota privilege to the needful not to the well established privileged'.
